In Arizona, dual agency is where a single Realtor represents both the buyer & the seller & it IS legal, but I have mixed feelings about it. 🤔
When a seller hires me to represent their best interests, it’s challenging to also represent a buyer I don’t know personally. To me, fair representation means knowing both parties & ensuring transparency. I’ve only agreed to dual agency when I already know both the buyer & the seller & can facilitate open communication between them.
