Dawn Forkenbrock is amazing! I knew she was in real estate & when I thought about relocating to California & selling my house I asked her to help me. Dawn is a true professional. She assisted us several years ago in finding our current home during a very tight timeline & coordinated a favorable closing due to our out of state move. We contacted her again last year to inquire about selling our home since the market was so hot & seemed favorable to sellers.
