2️⃣ Unbeatable interest rates. I recently helped someone get a 4.99% interest rate and they didn’t even have to use their closing cost money to do a buy down.

3️⃣ Upgrades. Buyers get a brand new house, seller paid closing costs, and a low rate. How can a resale seller even compete with that?
