I don’t think it matters if your real estate agent “knows your neighborhood.” 🤷🏻♀️
What matters is that your agent knows how to properly market your house. Most information about an area is available online now such as community amenities & nearby schools. Past & current sales are all available on the MLS. I just don’t see what other information about a neighborhood would really help an agent sell a house. What really matters is that your agent knows how to get your home ready to list, they have the best photos & videos & they know how to effectively market your house online, through social media, print marketing & word of mouth.
