Being a Realtor mom is all about juggling priorities and staying flexible. As a mom of four, I’ve had to get creative to balance my career & family life. I remember when my older two were little, & I had urgent work to do. Instead of stressing, I’d grab my laptop, set them up with coloring, & we’d all sit at the table together working side by side.
It’s about being present & intentional. I don’t want my kids’ memories to be of me glued to a phone or computer all day. I’ve even brought them to inspections with their own little checklists! You make it work however you can because family always comes first, but that doesn’t mean your business has to suffer.
There are days when it’s tough, but the key is finding balance, whether that means including your kids in your tasks or simply learning to prioritize better. At the end of the day, I want my children to remember me as a mom who made it all work & was always there for them.
