Attention listing agents! I have a tip for you. When you hire a professional photographer, there’s a possibility they may send you close to 100 photos of the property. You don’t have to use ALL the photos. In fact, most people don’t want to scroll through THAT many photos. It can be a little annoying to have to look through 25 pictures of the front of the house before getting to the interior. It’s best to try to peak interest by giving the potential buyer a sneak peak of the home in the first few photos. Show them 1 photo of the pool, the kitchen & any other top feature of the home. By doing this, the buyer will likely want to see more & will keep looking through the rest of the photos.
