Making Time for What Matters

Ever since I turned 40 in 2023, I’ve been asked how I manage to juggle all my commitments. The truth is, it’s not about finding more time; it’s about creating it. At this year’s Success Summit, Tom Ferry said it best. “You don’t have a time management problem. You have a prioritization problem.”

Last year, I decided to make a significant shift in my life. I prioritized fitness, reading, & family by cutting out distractions that no longer served me, like excessive TV watching and endless social media scrolling.

By focusing on what truly matters, I found that I could make time for the things I value most. It’s not about waiting for time to magically appear; it’s about making deliberate choices & adjustments in our daily lives.

If there’s something important to you, whether it’s pursuing a new hobby, spending more time with loved ones, or focusing on your health, start by evaluating where you can make small changes. Carve out the time you need, & you’ll find that balancing your priorities becomes much easier.

What will you choose to make time for today? Remember, it’s all about making intentional choices to enrich your life.
