Sometimes it can be hard to know what questions to ask when looking a homes, especially if you’re a first time homebuyer. Here’s a list of questions I recommend you ask:

2️⃣ How old is the roof?
3️⃣ How old is the AC?
4️⃣ Is there an HOA & what’s the cost?
5️⃣ Have there been any major renovations or additions?
6️⃣ Have there been any insurance claims?
7️⃣ What is included in the home sale? (Refrigerator, washer, dryer etc)
8️⃣ Have there been any major plumbing or electrical issues?
9️⃣ MOST IMPORTANT: Could I see myself living here?
While a house might look attractive, it’s important to ask questions like these to prevent future headaches or unexpected expenses.
