Here are a few things I can’t live without as a real estate agent:
🔸A Portable Charger
As a real estate agent, it’s important to always be available to your clients. My phone needs to be charged at all times so I can answer texts, respond to emails, and take calls. Since I’m often on my phone, my battery gets low pretty often. A portable charger is super convenient & helpful for when I need to charge back up!
🔸Healthy Snacks & Water
It’s not fun to be hungry during a long day of house hunting! I always keep healthy snacks & bottled water in my car for me for when I need a little pick me up. Bars, fruit, & protein chips are all great snacks that will keep you feeling energized all day!
🔸Comfy Shoes & Lightweight Purse
I always wear comfy shoes when I take my clients to look at houses. Even though I drive around a lot, I also stand & walk around a lot too! I don’t like carrying around a heavy purse because it not only kills my back but it makes it very difficult to bend down & open lockboxes!
🔸A Basic Toolkit
I am prepared for just about anything! I always have a flashlight, tape measure, toilet paper, & hand sanitizer just in case!
🔸Coffee
If you know me, you know that this one is essential! On busy days, I always make a coffee in a to go cup before I leave the house.
