- Set your contingencies and other offer details
- Decide how much money to put down for your earnest deposit
- Get creative with other ways to help make your offer more attractive such as an escalation clause, gift card to the seller’s favorite restaurant, etc. Your agent will give you other examples to help your offer be as competitive as possible.
