2 times, 4 times, 6 times… I don’t care how many times interest rates are expected to be cut in the next year, all I know is what effect it will have on buying a home. You’re going to have more completion, you’re going to have less seller assistance, and you’re going to have higher home prices. Throughout the years I’ve helped hundreds of buyers & I haven’t had one person that regretted buying a house. I do however have clients who regretted NOT buying. There’s never going to be a “perfect” time to buy.
