When you’re buying a house, always assume the seller is watching….and listening. 👀 Although sellers are supposed to disclose any audio or video devices on the interior of the home, I can tell you that often times they do not. It is not in your best interest to talk about how much you love a house or about a potential offer because it could lower your negotiation power. I tell my clients if they want to point anything out to say it’s “interesting” & then we can talk more outside, away from the house.
